We offer the following workshops:- Conversing Across the Divide: A 3.5 hour workshop for anyone to learn how to connect with family and friends across the political divide.- Deep Dive Together: A whole day workshop for divided communities to find common ground on a particular issue.- Reviving Common Ground: A bespoke series of intra-group workshops for settings such as workplaces, political organising movements and other arenas where in-group splintering is occuring.We also do tailored offerings to suit particular needs. Shamini Joseph (he/they)- Founder/Owner of NuanceShamini is a seasoned facilitator with 10 years of capability building experience in the community services sector. Through Nuance, Shamini bridges polarisation in deeply divided spaces with high-impact workshops that guide individuals across the political divide out of ideological echo chambers and into constructive, respectful dialogue through a strongly facilitated process. Backed by a significant global evidence base for de-polarisation methods, he equips groups with the essential communication tools and formats needed to navigate friction and build sustainable trust.Shamini works closely with local government bodies, community organisers, not-for-profits and corporate clients to enable people to humanise each other, disagree better and move towards a nuanced way forward.
